These two new courses along with Scope Management and Quality Management provide an understanding of the skills required for managing projects and are aligned with the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI)® and PMBOK® Guide, 5th Edition, standards and guidelines. These are valuable courses and a refresher for all project managers. They also provide an opportunity to review material for those who plan to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.
